Madeline's First Six Weeks

Madeline is a joy! She is a sweet-hearted beauty. I love when I hold her in the nook of my arm and she gazes up into my eyes. What is she thinking? I let her know with my eyes that she is beautiful, she is loved, and she is safe in my arms. I know that this opportunity is fleeting. I only pray that she knows and feels that same security in the arms of her heavenly father as she grows out of my arms and into the independent person that God created her to be.

Madeline's older siblings love her. Drew (not in this photo) even looks out for her at twenty months...we're working on the random head slapping!

Life is so amazing! At first, you can't imagine life with them; before you know it, you can't imagine life without them. God is truly the author of life...not me...not Rob and I...God.
